Terence Crawford seems to be distancing himself from a fight with WBO super lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez.
Lopez returns to action on Thursday night when he makes the first defence of his title against Jamaine Ortiz in Las Vegas.
This has not stopped Lopez from naming the big fights he wants to pursue and one of those is against Crawford.
Crawford has not fought since beating Errol Spence Jr to claim all four world title belts at welterweight last year, and since then he has been linked with a number of high profile contests.
Lopez has made no secret that he would be interested in a fight with one of the world's best pound-for-pound fighters, but when asked by Fight Hub TV about facing Lopez, Crawford issued the following response, "F—k Teo."
The Nebraska fighter did not go onto discuss the reasoning behind the response any further.
