Brian McIntyre may be an interested spectator when Tim Tszyu and Keith Thurman collide in March.
The trainer of Terence Crawford, a man who has been linked to a move to 154lbs, will be eager to assess the form of two fighters operating in that weight class with Crawford’s next move still unconfirmed.
The world’s best welterweight, and arguably the pound-for-pound number one, Crawford is reported to be exploiting several options including a fight with Canelo Alvarez.
‘BoMac’ will be certain his man will be ready for whatever contest comes next and he thinks Crawford could beat Tszyu and Thurman on the same night.
“I think it’s gonna be a good fight,” said McIntyre when speaking to BoxingScene.
“Tim Tszyu has the momentum because Keith has been off for a while. I see the fight going toward Tim Tszyu. I think Bud would beat them on the same night.”
