After absorbing numerous hard-hitting punches from Whyte, Tetteh's corner and the referee had seen enough, bringing the fight to an early end.
While Whyte will be happy with a boost in cofidence and some much needed rounds, there are some concerns as to whether he can land the big fights in 2025.
DAZN News takes a look at three possible opponents for Whyte's next fight.
Johnny Fisher

Johnny Fisher has a huge fight on December 21 when he faces Dave Allen on the Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury 2 undercard live on DAZN Pay-Per-View.
If Fisher is victorious, then he is likely to face a notable heavyweight name in 2025.
Whyte fits that mould, he has fought the likes of Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury, and a clash with Fisher would be an entertaining matchup.
For Whyte, a meeting with Fisher would not only give himself a chance to fight a rising heavyweight star, but also see whether he can challenge an opponent who is pushing towards British title level.
Derek Chisora
British boxing legend Derek Chisora is on his victory lap with his next fight scheduled for February 8 against Otto Wallin.
This will be Chisora's 49th professional fight and he has made no secret that he wants to feature in 50 professional fights before retiring.
A trilogy with Whyte could be one way to sign off, and for Whyte, this particular fight against someone he has beaten twice before could prove to be vital during this rebuild.
Martin Bakole
Mark Robinson/Matchroom Boxing
Martin Bakole is the most avoided fighter in the heavyweight division who is on the brink of a world title shot.
Following an underwhelming performance against Tetteh, maybe Bakole will be the wrong man for Whyte's next fight, however, there are a lot of doors this contest can open with a win.
If Whyte can topple Bakole, then he will immediately be back in the world title mix along with making himself a worthwhile opponent for the biggest names in the division.
The question is whether Whyte is willing to risk his career against a man who is labelled the heavyweight division's 'bogeyman'?
