The Australian is confident he can beat some of boxing's biggest names.

WBO light middleweight champion Tim Tszyu is confident that he can beat some of boxing's best operators if particular fights were to materialise.

After beating Brian Mendoza to claim his first world title in October, Tszyu now takes on former world champion Keith Thurman in Las Vegas on March 30 in what could be a breakout fight for the Australian.

Tszyu is already making a name for himself in the sport, but a win over a notable US name will put him in a position to push for major contests, including a meeting with unified welterweight champion Terence Crawford.

A fight with Crawford is one which Tszyu has previously expressed an interest in and during an appearance on The DAZN Boxing Show, the 29-year-old was asked to first give a prediction for a potential fight with Canelo Alvarez.

“Decision win," was Tsyzu's simple response on how a fight between himself and Alvarez would play out.

Then came a prediction for the result of a clash with Crawford, and Tszyu appeared confident and replied simply with "KO".
