Tony Bellew and Chris Eubank Jr have rarely been complementary to each other, but does the Liverpool man believe the popular middleweight can win a world title?
Eubank Jr is back in action this weekend when he faces Kamil Szeremeta, live on DAZN Pay-Per-View, in Saudi Arabia.
Victory for the Brighton fighter could be the platform for a huge fight in 2025 against Canelo Alvarez or Conor Benn.

Eubank Jr has long been linked to a contest with both popular fighters, but he can only secure that bout with victory over Szeremeta.
Eubank Jr enters the fight on the back of a year’s inactivity following a personal rivalry with Liam Smith that saw the pair meet twice in 2023.
Smith was victorious in the first fight as he blasted his way through Eubank Jr, but the series was levelled later in the year when Eubank Jr claimed his own stoppage against the former world champion.

Now aiming to secure further lucrative showdown, Eubank Jr is likely to aim as high as possible if he gets past Szeremeta, but Bellew isn’t sure if he can ever land a world title.
“Listen, things can move around, and people can get their hands on world titles, but I don't think he’ll ever beat a truly elite fighter,” said Bellew when speaking exclusively to DAZN News.
“Depending on the weight and who becomes champion, there are ways he can become world champion. Of course that can happen, but I think he’s in trouble against the very best fighters out there and he doesn’t have the IQ required for the absolute best fighters.
“He’s improved a lot as a fighter and he’s always willing to bet on himself so it might still happen for him, but he’s 35 now and been a pro for a very long time. I think his moment to be a special fighter might've passed.”
