Tyson Fury praises sparring partner as 'future of heavyweight division'DAZN

Tyson Fury has identified the man who is capable of becoming the face of the heavyweight division when he moves on.

Fury is currently getting ready to face Derek Chisora on December 3rd and one of the sparring partners helping him get ready is unbeaten prospect, David Adeleye. Fury is impressed with what he’s seen so far.

London’s Adeleye is currently 10-0 with nine wins coming early and his most recent outing saw him stop Elvis Garcia earlier this month.

With a number of heavyweights vying the operate in the spot where Fury finds himself, the WBC champion believes Adeleye has what it takes to step up and make a name for himself in boxing’s glamour division.

“Listen, Dave Adeleye is the future of this division, and I told him the other night in the changing rooms,” said Fury when speaking to BT Sport “I said, ‘you’ve got to believe in yourself Dave, because you’re going to take over the division, mate.’”

“He is great sparring, very good sparring. If he was no good to me, I wouldn’t bring him into training camps but he’s excellent work, so I keep bringing him in since the second Wilder fight.

“I keep bringing him in time and time again, he keeps learning, he keeps listening and he can be the next Lancaster Bomber I think, for sure.”
