Tyson Fury’s brief time with WWE appears to be over after the current WBC heavyweight champion has dedicated his future to boxing.
Fury has appeared at numerous WWE shows and has been involved in memorable angles featuring Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre, and Austin Theory, but it appears his immediate priorities are Francis Ngannou and Oleksandr Usyk.
On October 28, Fury will partake in a huge crossover bout as he faces former UFC superstar, Ngannou, under boxing rules.
If successful, it's expected that Fury will then move onto a unification showdown with Usyk meaning that any chance of showing up in WWE is highly unlikey moving forward.
"WWE's too hard for me," said Fury when speaking to ESPN.
"Boxing is much easier than WWE. It's very physical and taxing on the body.
“WWE, getting slammed on the floor and all that sort of stuff. I'd rather move around the ring and dodge punches."
