Shane McGuigan is given his backing to Oleksandr Usyk this weekend in his undisputed battle with Tyson Fury.
The fight has split the entire boxing industry with some figures even undecided on the outcome.
Both men enter the fight knowing they have advantages that could be key in securing victory.
Usyk goes into the contest in better form due to Fury’s lacklustre showing against Francis Ngannou last October, and McGuigan believes he can pull away in the latter stages.
“I’m leaning towards Usyk, in winning the later rounds and holding form,” said McGuigan when speaking to BoxingScene.
“I think it will be quite even down the stretch. I think he might just be picking up rounds with his activity late on in the fight.”
