The Ukrainian and Ghanaian lightweights face off on Saturday night.

Neither Vasiliy Lomachenko and Richard Commey are counting on victory when they fight on Saturday night.

The Ukrainian former undisputed lightweight champion lost to Teofimo Lopez last year and is on the comeback trail as he looks to make a fight with George Kambosos Jr. down the line.

Commey meanwhile has 30 wins to his name but has also lost out to Lopez in the past.

The pair fight late on Saturday night in America, and a win for either fighter might set them up for a title fight later in the year.

"He has big power and he has reach, experience, so for me it will be a very interesting fight for fans," Lomachenko said to Sky Sports.

"During the fight, you need to be always focusing on your strategy, and always focused on your speed and your reaction."

Commey acknowledged that victory is far from a sure thing, saying: "I know it's not an easy fight, but I'm coming.

"Losing is part of boxing, so regardless of how you lose, it's all about coming back. So whatever happened with the Lopez fight, it is what it is and I took it as a man.

"I knew I needed to come back and I came back very strong, and that is the reason why Loma chose me, and Saturday we are going to see what happens."
