Jared Anderson returns to the ring less than two months after defeating Charles Martin as "The Real Big Baby" faces veteran Andriy Rudenko on August 26.
Ohio native Anderson (15-0, 14 KOs) is one of the most exciting heavyweights in the division at just 23 years old, and he looks to add to a perfect record in his showdown with 39-year-old Rudenko.
The Ukrainian last fought in January in a victorious effort against Bojan Cestic, and he will now provide the opposition for one of the sport's rising stars.
“I want to stay active and make my case that I am the present and future of the heavyweight division," Anderson said in a statement. "Rudenko is a tough, durable veteran. I respect what he’s accomplished in the game, but on August 26 at Hard Rock Tulsa, he’s going to regret accepting this challenge.”
