Since securing his perfect 50-0 record with a 2017 fight against MMA’s Conor McGregor, Floyd Mayweather has stayed in the public eye with an active approach to social media, but he also makes regular appearances in the ring in money-spinning exhibition fights.

Mayweather vs. Tenshin Nasukawa

Amid speculation that Mayweather would meet Manny Pacquiao, the former world champion instead plumped for an exhibition fight against undefeated Japanese kickboxer, Tenshin Nasukawa.

On November 16 the fight, a three-round contest, was confirmed. The fight was scheduled at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan for New Year’s Eve, 2018.

It was over almost immediately, with Nasukawa knocked down three times, forcing his corner to wave off the fight.

Mayweather vs. Logan Paul

Jake Paul’s older brother was the bigger name at one point, and it was Logan who led the headlines with his first foray into crossover boxing.

Jake, of course, is now attempting to feel his way into fully-fledged professional boxing, but with his WWE appearances it seems Logan is content to use his clout to make money from exhibitions, and of course Mayweather remains a huge draw.

On December 6 it was announced the pair would fine on February 6, 2021, in a fight that was ultimately postponed to June 6 of that year at the Hard Rock Stadium at Miami Gardens, Florida.

The sideshow before the event featured Mayweather threatening to kill Jake Paul for stealing his hat, but in the end no murder occurred.

The fight itself was a series of clinches from the far heavier Paul, with Mayweather apparently content to coast to a draw as the fight went the distance.

Mayweather vs. Don Moore

A former Mayweather sparring partner, Don Moore, was called into action for May 21’s bout this year in Abu Dhabi at the Etihad Arena in the United Arab Emirates.

The fight was an eight-round exhibition with Mayweather dominating throughout.

There was one knockdown in the eighth round after a bodyshot from the unbeaten fighter, but Moore recovered and the fight went the distance, with no scoring for a result.
