Two of boxing's biggest young stars go head-to-head in Las Vegas in a contest which has captured the imagination of fans across the world.

For Davis, this is a chance to prove that he can compete on the biggest stage, but will his destructive punching power be enough to topple Garcia?

DAZN takes a look at the career of Davis ahead of his mega fight.

What is Gervonta Davis' professional record?

Gervonta Davis boasts a 28-0 professional record with 26 of those wins coming by way of knockout.

Championships

Davis has previously held both the IBF and WBA super featherweight titles on separate occasions, and has recently claimed the WBA 'regular' lightweight belt.

Biggest wins

Davis wins first world title against Pedraza; January 14, 2017

The Barclays Center in New York was the stage for Gervonta Davis to win his first world title.

It came against the undefeated and reigning IBF super featherweight champion Jose Pedraza and was the first sign of how dangerous Davis could be with his hands.

The Baltimore's accurate punches weared down Pedraza until the seventh round when he was able to knock out his Puerto Rican rival.

Davis claims second 130lb world title; April 21, 2018

Another world title shot for Gervonta Davis, another knockout performance.

But this time it was for the WBA super featherweight title against Jesus Marcello Andres Cuellar.

Taking place at the Barclays Center, Davis' first success came in round two when he knocked down Cuellar with a left hook and this continued in the third with two further knockdowns which brought the fight to an early end.

Davis scores sensational knockout against Santa Cruz; October 31, 2020

Gervonta Davis' clash with Leo Santa Cruz was his first on PPV and he sure did make a statement with a knockout punch that went viral.

Cruz's WBA super featherweight title was on the line and he was putting up a good fight in the early stages with both men trading plenty of blows, but it was Davis who set up the finish in the sixth.

Two left hooks to Santa Cruz's temple stunned the defending champion and set up a devastating left uppercut from Davis which sent his opponent falling to the canvas and unable to continue.
