Lawrence Okolie is sitting nicely at the top of the bridgerweight division after becoming WBC champion with a first round stoppage over Lukasz Rozanski earlier this year.
The London man is potentially eyeing a move to heavyweight and he’s already sparred numerous elite names there, but who is the hardest puncher he’s faced?
On his rise up the cruiserweight rankings toward becoming world champion, Okolie would often train alongside high level fighters including Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.
Despite enjoying rounds against these two big hitters, Okolie says Daniel Dubois is the most heavy-handed fighter he’s come across.
“I think he’s probably one of the hardest punchers,” said Okolie when speaking to Give Me Sport regarding Dubois.
“Him and Moses Itauma are the two hardest punchers I’ve been in the ring with, whether that’s sparring or fights.”
