A long-simmering rivalry comes to a head on Saturday as Little T and Afghan Dan will face off in a middleweight bout as part of the MF & DAZN: X Series 20 card.
The duo nearly came to blows in the pre-fight press conference on Thursday, as they spent a considerable amount of time talking trash to one another on the dais before Little T slapped his opponent in the face during the face offs.
It was the culmination of a years-long feud between the fighters, with Little T claiming an animosity that dates back to when he was 12 years old.
"I just don't like him," he said in an interview posted to X (formerly Twittter) by Misfits Boxing on Thursday. "I never have. It's always been the exact same thing. I hate the way he is. I hate the way he acts."
With such a long-running hostility as the backdrop for their fight, Little T scoffed at Afghan Dan's suggestion that the bout will go the distance.
"Listen to me now, this guy has had two weeks' training," Little T said. "How can you say he's gonna go the distance? How can he say that?
"He cannot run down the stairs and run back without being out of breath, even when he's on the phone to me, shouting, I can hear he's out of breath. You think this guy's going [the] distance?
"It ain't this ain't leaving round one, round two. Please believe it."
