Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone stepped on the scales to make their UFC 246 bout official.

Before Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone walk into the Octagon on Saturday night for their headlining fight at UFC 246 at the T-Mobile Area in Las Vegas, they tipped the scales Friday morning.

Cerrone was the first person to weigh-in at the Palms Casino Resort. He looked in great shape, weighing in at 170 pounds — one pound under the limit for a non-title welterweight bout.

McGregor came in a little over 30 minutes after the weigh-ins began. He shook the hand of the head of the Nevada State Athletic Commission Bob Bennett before disrobing. The former two-division world champion stepped onto the scale and came in at an identical 170 pounds to make the main event official. You could see McGregor put on a lot of size and looks to be in phenomenal shape.

McGregor (21-4) returns for the first time in 15 months. He lost by fourth-round submission to lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 in October 2018. UFC President Dana White said this week that a McGregor victory would net him another crack at the 155-pound title and taking on the winner of the Nurmagomedov vs. Tony Ferguson bout at UFC 249 on April 18.

Cerrone (36-13, one no-contest) looks to finally get over the hump and win the big one. The 36-year-old comes in on a two-fight losing streak. The fan favorite lost to Ferguson by second-round TKO at UFC 239 and got stopped by Justin Gaethje in the first-round in September.

There was one fighter who missed weight, as women's strawweight Alexa Grasso weighed in at 121.5 pounds — 5.5 pounds overweight for her scheduled main card bout against Claudia Gadelha.
