Dillon Danis isn't one to shy away from speaking his mind.
Danis is preparing for his upcoming fight with Logan Paul, which takes place on October 14 as part of the MF & DAZN: X Series 10 – The Prime Card, live on DAZN. The MMA fighter has spent the weeks leading up the fight engaging in trash talk with Paul, but Danis isn't just focusing on his upcoming opponent.
Danis recently turned his attention to Jon Jones, the current UFC heavyweight champion who also held the light heavyweight title on two occasions totalling nearly six years.
Despite all of Jones accomplishments, Danis isn't overly impressed "Bones." Speaking on the Flagrant podcast, Danis made it abundantly clear what he thought of the two-division champion.
"You guys don’t know fighting, it’s hard to talk to you guys about fighting," he said. "Like, Jon Jones sucks."
When pressed by hosts Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh for an explanation about what Jones "sucks" at, Dillon offered: "Everything, bro.
"Bro, look at the light heavyweight division. They’re all terrible. A 43-year-old man (Glover Teixeira) won the f—ing belt!”
