The PFL Battle of the Giants sees a huge battle between Francis Ngannou and Renan Ferreira and an exciting undercard.

Francis Ngannou makes his eagerly anticipated return to the MMA cage on Saturday, as he fights for the PFL heavyweight championship title against Renana Ferreira, live on DAZN Pay-Per-View.

The Battle of the Giants: Brace for Impact fight card, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, also acts as Ngannou's Professional Fighters League (PFL) debut, following two years out of MMA to live out his boxing dreams with fights against Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. 

The former UFC heavyweight champion could not have picked a tougher return to the sport against Ferreira.

The Brazilian stands at a huge 6-foot-8 and is on a four-fight win streak, after claiming the PFL heavyweight title during the 2023 season.

Ferreira most recently defeated the Bellator heavyweight champion Ryan Bader when they faced off at the PFL champion vs. Bellator champion event in February. It took him just 21 seconds to finish Bader via TKO.

Where will the Ngannou-Ferreira fight take place?

Ngannou and Ferreira will meet in the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Built in 2023, it is the home of Saudi Pro League champions Al-Hilal and has been used for multiple fights since it opened its doors to the public, with a 30,000 seated capacity.

The venue has already hosted some of the biggest names in boxing, including Oleksandr Usyk, Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. Usyk defeated Fury in the pair's undisputed bout earlier this year at Kingdom Arena, and the rematch will also be held there in December.
