The MMA legend has been linked with a UFC return.

Former two-division UFC champion Georges St-Pierre has responded to rumours that he will be making a comeback at UFC 300.

The historic event will take place on April 13 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and a number of MMA legends have been linked with making an appearance.

One of those is St-Pierre who is considered to be one of, if not the greatest MMA fighter of all time, but when speaking during a seminar at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA in Thailand, he was quick to shut down the rumours regarding a comeback at UFC 300.

“It’s a rumour. I’ve never been offered a fight (at UFC 300). I’ve made that clear (to them) that I have no desire of coming back to fight in mixed martial arts,” St-Pierre said.

With UFC 300 fast approaching, fans are still waiting to find out who is competing in the main event, however, UFC president Dana White has teased that fans 'will not be ready' when an announcement is finally made on the event's headline fight.
