The interim heavyweight champ isn't holding back.

Dana White has already gone on record saying the Jon Jones vs. Stipe Miocic winner clashing with Tom Aspinall would be an even bigger fight.

But that isn't stopping the interim heavyweight champion Aspinall from bashing Jones defending his heavyweight world title against Miocic. Aspinall believes he should be training to go against Jones right now.

"Get Stipe out of there," Aspinall began telling TNT Sports. "The guy is [41-years-old], he's had a four-year layoff and his last fight was a knockout loss."

That KO loss Aspinall is referring to actually took place in March 2021 at the destructive hands of Francis Ngannou.

It's not that Aspinall doesn't respect Miocic, a former two-time heavyweight world champion. It's more that he feels that he's more deserving of a crack at Jones.

"Granted he's an absolute legend in the sport of MMA, he's the best heavyweight ever statistically but the guy needs to be pulled out of the race," Aspinall said. "The guy needs to be Joe Bidened — he's too old. No one is that interested anymore.

"I respect Stipe a lot — pull him out, stick me in. It's right, though, isn't it?

"Who's that bothered about [Jones vs. Miocic] anymore?"

Aspinall has good reason to be irked as he's the No. 1-ranked heavyweight under Jones, while Miocic is seventh and Jones vs. Miocic is thought of as a pure legacy fight.
