MMA fans were excited for the UFC 259 bantamweight title clash between Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling.
The bout was living up to the hype until Yan delivered an illegal knee to Sterling's head which caused the ringside doctor to stop the fight and Sterling was declared the new champion via disqualification.
