UFC targets International Fight Week for Kamaru Usman vs. Jorge MasvidalDAZN
Their altercation on Radio Row in Miami forced Dana White's hand.

Kamaru Usman and Jorge Masvidal having an altercation on Radio Row during Super Bowl media week in Miami sent their growing heat to a fever pitch.

UFC president Dana White has since responded to the altercation by circling a date on the 2020 calendar for Usman, the reigning welterweight titleholder, to face the BMF champion.

“We’re going to bring them to Vegas,” White said during an interview with Jim Rome on Friday. “Him and Usman will fight in Vegas probably International Fight Week. If [Masvidal] wins, maybe we’ll do his first title defense down here in Miami.”

“That was always the plan, and then whatever happened with them a couple of days ago, whenever that was. We hadn’t announced it yet, but now, this has forced me to announce it.”

There you have it, as Usman and Masvidal won't have to wait any longer to put hands and feet on each other.

Their dislike for each other bubbled over on Radio Row where the two crossed paths Wednesday.

"Do something! Do something" Usman yelled at Masvidal.

"Gamebred" fired back: “You got a cast on, b—. I ain’t going to take advantage of you like that. You got a cast on, b—. You lucky. That’s the only reason nothing’s happening.”

"I would take a lot more pleasure in dismantling Usman's face," Masvidal said, "than I would (Conor McGregor's)."
