It's the biggest game in this weekend's round of Premier League fixtures.

There is no doubt all eyes will fall on the Etihad Stadium this Sunday when Manchester City and Arsenal go head-to-head in the Premier League.

City pipped Arsenal to the title last season, and this clash, early on in the season, could give an indication to who will be lifting the trophy come May 2025.

Pep Guardiola failed to topple the Gunners last season, losing 1-0 at the Emirates before a 0-0 stalemate in East Manchester, and there are some nerves amongst the City fanbase following a frustrating goalless draw to Inter Milan on Wednesday night in the Champions League.

Arsenal will be high on confidence going into this match after beating North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, but they also only managed a 0-0 draw against Atalanta in the Champions League.

A match between two Premier League title contenders are always tight affairs, and Alan Shearer is expecting another draw which he claims will be a result both teams will be happy with.

"I am going for a draw in this one. It’s a long week with both teams having played in the Champions League as well, so a draw for both teams isn't a bad result, even though Man City are at home," Shearer told Betfair

"Liverpool have dropped points already, Arsenal have dropped two points already at home to Brighton, but I don't think a draw would be a disaster for either team."
