Tottenham Hotspur assumed control of fourth place in the Premier League with a 3-1 victory over Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Spurs were the beneficiaries of an own goal by Forest defender Murillo at the quarter-hour mark and then got goals from two of their own defenders, Micky van de Ven and Pedro Porro, in the second half to come away with the three points.
Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou was unsurprisingly pleased following the match, which saw the side pass Aston Villa in the standings despite holding the same points total.
Postecoglou was particularly delighted by where his team's goal came from on Sunday, telling BBC Sport: "I love defenders scoring. We were pushing them into those areas."
One Spurs player drew added praise from the manager and that was game-winning centre-back Van de Ven.
"Just his sheer desire to be the best he can be," Postecoglou said of Van de Ven. "He's got so many great qualities.
"People talk about his speed but he's strong and he's getting better and better on the ball."
