Arsenal are still buzzing from their hard-fought win in the North London derby on Sunday, but one player in particular is pleased about the latest arrival at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners left it late, but managed to secure the services of Raheem Sterling from Chelsea in the last minutes of the summer transfer window.
The on-loan forward made his debut during the 1-0 over Tottenham, to the delight of Kai Havertz, who played alongside him when both were at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking about the signing of Sterling, the Germany international has hailed Arsena's new star and highlighted what he will bring to the squad.
"It’s incredible," Havertz told Stadium Astro. "I had the joy to play with him at Chelsea. He’s an incredible player.
"If you see his stats in the Premier League, it’s outstanding. You see how much quality he brings to the team and I think we are all very happy to have him."
Arsenal begin their Champions League campaign on Thursday, when they travel to Italy to face Atalanta on Matchday 1.
