England continue their Euro 2024 campaign on Thursday in Frankfurt when they face Denmark in their second Group C game.
Denmark only managed to salvage a point against Slovenia in their opening match, while England squeaked past Serbia with a 1-0 win.
While the Three Lions got off to the perfect start in Germany, there were some concerns about England's performance in the second half which allowed Serbia to get back into the game which resulted in a nervy finale.
However, while Denmark are seen to be a better team than Serbia, former England striker Alan Shearer is expecting Gareth Southgate's side to be potent in front of goal come kick-off.
"I think when you look at Denmark, who they are and how they play, I would view it very much like I did the first game for England, I would expect us to win the game and build their confidence. It won't be easy but it would be a game I would expect England to win," Shearer told Betfair.
"I think we'll score at least a couple of goals and I can see us getting a 2-0 or 3-0 victory."
England and Denmark met in the semi-finals of Euro 2020 at Wembley Stadium in what was a tense affair. England would go on to triumph 2-1 in extra time courtesy of a winning goal from Harry Kane before losing the final to Italy on penalties.
