Manchester City will win the Premier League again next season but Arsenal will not finish second for the third year in a row, according to Dietmar Hamann.
The former Liverpool, Newcastle and Man City midfielder believes City will once again claim the league title, making it five years in a row for Pep Guardiola's men. However, Hamann doesn't think Arsenal will once again be runners-up, instead choosing City's nearby rivals as the side that will give the Sky Blues the biggest challenge in the title race.
Speaking to TopOffshoreSportsBooks, Hamann gave his reasoning for his predictions, and added that one of his other former teams will also make it to the top four.
"It’s hard not to see Manchester City where they always are, I’m not certain about Arsenal because they have missed their chances," Hamann said.
"I’d go for City, Manchester United if they make the signings they are linked with, then Arsenal in third and Liverpool in fourth.
"I've got a feeling United will do okay next season. Obviously, Kobbie Mainoo has been a breath of fresh air in the Euros and he'll play a major role."
