England doesn't have an official national anthem, but for sporting events the anthem of the United Kingdom is used.
"God Save The King" dates back to the 18th century and is altered to "God Save The Queen" when the British monarch is female (as it was for over 70 years until Elizabeth II's death in 2022).
The first verse of the song is the only one that is usually used.
God Save the King: full lyrics
God save our gracious King!
Long live our noble King!
God save the King!
Send him victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us:
God save the King!
Thy choicest gifts in store,
On him be pleased to pour;
Long may he reign:
May he defend our laws,
And ever give us cause,
To sing with heart and voice,
God save the King!
