PAKISTAN V ENGLAND – T20 CRICKET – 15:30 - 20 SEPTEMBER
England will be touring Pakistan for the first time in 17 years when the first of a seven match T20 series begins on Tuesday. They’re resting a couple of big-hitters in Bairstow and Stokes, with captain Jos Buttler also missing the early part of the series through injury.
Those big absences, as well as home advantage, should be more than enough to help steer Pakistan to an opening match win, especially if Rizwan continues to perform with the bat.
Traders’ Tip: Pakistan To Win @ 6/10. A £10 bet at these odds could return £16.
SCOTLAND V UKRAINE – UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE – 19:45 – 21 SEPTEMBER
Nations League football returns on Wednesday night when Scotland host Ukraine at Hampden Park.
Both teams missed out on qualifying for the World Cup after defeats in the play-offs, but they head into this fixture with a decent chance of gaining promotion to ‘League A’. The visitors should be able to draw from their heroic effort in June in order to get the better of Scotland once again.
Traders’ Tip: Ukraine to win @ 2/1. A £10 bet at these odds could return £30.
ITALY V ENGLAND – UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE – 19:45 – 23 SEPTEMBER
Italy go in to Friday night’s game knowing that a defeat could see them miss out on qualifying for the Finals.
For England, anything other than a victory in Milan would almost certainly mean relegation to ‘League B’.
Given what’s at stake, neither team will likely settle for a repeat of the 0-0 draw that was played out at Molineux in June, and that should hopefully lead to a more exciting encounter between the two.
Traders’ Tip: Both Teams to Score - Yes @ 17/20. A £10 bet at these odds could return £18.50.
MAXI HUGHES V KID GALAHAD – APPROX. 21:00 – 24 SEPTEMBER
With Leigh Wood pulling out of his WBA title defence against Mauricio Lara, the focus in Nottingham now switches to the IBO lightweight world title bout between Maxi Hughes v Kid Galahad. Galahad is arguably the more powerful of the two, but if Hughes can steer himself through the first half of the bout unscathed then we could be in for a fantastic fight.
It really could go either way at that point, but we think Maximus could reign supreme.
Traders’ Tip: Maxi Hughes to win @ 8/5. A £10 bet at these odds could return £26.
