Inter Milan seal berth in Champions League final

Inter Milan will play in the 2022-23 UEFA Champions League final.

The Nerazzurri eased to a 1-0 second-leg victory over rivals AC Milan on Tuesday to win their semi-final 3-0 on aggregate. Lautaro Martinez's left-footed effort in the 74th minute was the difference on Tuesday as Inter won their fourth straight Milan Derby in all competitions, blanking the Rossoneri in each of the four games.

It was the first time in the history of the Derby della Madonnina that Milan had been held scoreless across four consecutive matches.

Inter will meet the winner of the Manchester City vs. Real Madrid semi-final, the second leg of which will be played Wednesday. The Champions League final is schedule for June 10 at the Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey.
