Gianluca Di Marzio claims Manchester United will part ways with Erik ten Hag and named three replacements under consideration at Old Trafford.
The Italian journalist told Soccernews.nl of his information after the conclusion of the Premier League season.
However, while the three major European trophies are yet to be contested, Ten Hag will for now be focused on the FA Cup to be contested with Manchester City.
Ten Hag guided United to a disappointing eighth spot in the league and they need to win against City to claim a Europa League spot.
Win or lose, Di Marzio anticipates a change.
He named former Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi, former Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino, and Ipswich Town’s Kieran McKenna as the trio.
He said: "Manchester United will separate with Ten Hag at the end of the season.”
“Manchester United will have a new coach and the options right now are McKenna and Mauricio Pochettino too. De Zerbi is on the list but hasn’t had direct contact in the last few days.”
