This weekend sees the dawn of a new era at Manchester United as Ruben Amorim takes charge of his first game as the club's new manager.
The Portuguese boss is the number one choice to replace the sacked Erik ten Hag and will begin his tenure with a trip to Ipswich Town on Sunday afternoon.
His appointment has changed the mood at Old Trafford, and speaking exclusively to DAZN, thanks to TG Casino, ex- defender Gary Pallister can't wait to see what he can do.
"You want somebody to come in and make Manchester United better," Pallister said. "He went in and made Sporting Lisbon better.
"They've won two Premier titles, which they hadn't done for a long time. What I do like, and I think what a lot of people have been impressed with, is the way he handled the situation as soon as Manchester United came calling.
"I thought he was very respectful to both sides. You could see the love he had from the players and the fans.
"So, it would suggest to me that his management's really good. He's got a connection with the supporters, which was plain to see as well.
"So, all the signs are good, but we've had good signs before. And it's a tough job, as everybody has found out since Alex left. It's tough to follow in his footsteps.
"He's going to bring a new style of football. Apparently, he likes to play three at the back, which I don't have a problem with.
"I think it can be a very attacking style of football, to play with your full-backs really forward and I think we've got players who can play in that system.
"I'm excited. Because he looks to me as though he's got real personality. And he's got a connection with his players.
"So, let's hope he can get more out with his squad of players that are at United at the moment."
