Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has described Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino as "like a father" to him.
The two great managers come face-to-face on Tuesday evening, with the Gunners looking to go three points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
Chelsea are unbeaten in eight Premier League games, but will be without their star player Cole Palmer for this evening's game.
Despite being in charge of two of London's great rivals, Arteta and Pochettino are close friends from their playing days together at Paris St-Germain.
And speaking at the press conference ahead of Tuesday's game, Arteta had nothing but compliments for his Chelsea counterpart.
"He doesn't like it but to me, he was like a father," said Arteta.
"He took me under his arm, gave me incredible advice and really protected me.
"I really learned a lot in those two years with him, from there we maintained a relationship.
"I admire him a lot for what he has done in his career."
