With several teams competing in the FA Cup Second round, the National League fixture is reduced to just seven games this weekend.

It's an opportunity for new leaders Barnet to extend their lead at the top of the division or could York City take advantage and return to top spot?

Here are three games to look out for.

Ones to watch from the National League this weekend

Hartlepool vs. Barnet

  • Date: Saturday, 30 November
  • Time: 3.00 p.m. GMT

Barnet's excellent win over Yeovil in midweek saw them leapfrog Forest Green and move to the top of the National League a point ahead of second place. Dean Brennan's side are now unbeaten in their last five games ahead of the trip to Hartlepool.

Lennie Lawrence's men secured back-to-back wins by beating Fylde on Tuesday and are looking to continue their form to move into the top half.

York City vs Maidenhead United

  • Date: Saturday, 23 November
  • Time: 3.00 p.m. GMT

York City have the chance to reclaim top spot if Barnet slip up at Hartlepool and with Forest Green not in action this weekend. However, they'll need a stark improvement on their midweek defeat to Altrincham. Boss Adam Hinshelwood made four changes to his side on Tuesday night and the gamble backfired as they suffered a comprehensive 3-0 defeat.

They'll be favourites going into their home clash with Maidenhead, who did beat Braintree last time out, but that was their first win in five.

Ebbsfleet United vs Boston United

Date: Saturday, 30 November
Time: 3.00 p.m. GMT

Ebbsfleet's woeful campaign continues and could head into December still with just one win to their name. Their lastest setback came at on Wednesday as Scott Quigley's goal on the hour mark was enough to see Eastlight beat the Kent side.

This weekend they face the side directly above them in Boston, and nothing but a win will be good enough or gap could be too big to bridge for the remainder of the campaign.
