Robbie Keane spent much of his career with Tottenham Hotspur, but the retired striker believes Spurs' arch-rivals are not too far off from dethroning Manchester City as Premier League champions.
Looking ahead to the upcoming campaign, Keane picked City as favourites to once again finish in first place, but he believes the Gunners are in the best position to stop them from winning the title for the fifth consecutive year.
They'd have to upgrade their attack to do it, said Keane.
"It’s now time to look ahead to the Premier League season, and it’s hard to go away from Manchester City as the favourites," Keane told Betway.
"I think Arsenal will be the team to push them, but to win the league they need a striker who will score 20 league goals.
"They just fell short last season and it was clear to me where they needed to strengthen in order to take the next step."
