'Magnificent manager' won't be in a job according to Premier League winner.

Tim Sherwood doesn't think David Moyes will still be West Ham United manager by the start of next season.

Despite leading the club to Europa League Conference triumph last year, the Hammers boss has come under increasing pressure from the media and fans this season and was faced with boos and banners asking for him to be sacked at last weekend's defeat to Nottingham Forest.

With his contract up at the end of the season, Sherwood told William Hill and Footy Accumulators’ podcast, No Tippy Tappy Football that he can't see Moyes remaining at the London Stadium.

“I don’t believe that David Moyes will be West Ham manager next season,” said Sherwood.

“I think it will be his choice to leave. I still see him having a successful end to this season though, but perhaps the West Ham fans won’t see it that way.

“He is a magnificent manager and someone who has managed so many games. He has got the energy to continue and I think he’ll go and try something new.

"He cannot continually stand in front of the camera and have to defend his reputation, which is such a high one. On the other side of the argument, I do understand where the West Ham fans are coming from.”
