Arsenal may have made the biggest signing of this summer's transfer window with the acquisition of West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice. 

This move for Rice seemed like the next logical step after proving that he is one of the country's best midfielders during his four years at the Hammers and now he will get the chance to showcase his ability not just on the domestic stage, but also in the UEFA Champions League. 

Rice's footballing career began as a youth player for Chelsea in 2006, but he was then released eight years later which led to his move to West Ham where he has spent his career up until now.
