Four championship titles were on the line during Night 2 of WWE WrestleMania 40 on Sunday evening. But only Logan Paul left Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his title — the United States Championship — in tow.
Here are the titles that changed hands:
The World Heavyweight Championship changed hands twice
Drew McIntyre made good on his vow to crush Seth Rollins to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.
But "The Scottish Warrior's" WrestleMania moment was incredibly brief as Damian Priest chose an opportune time to cash in his Money in the Bank. Priest did so fresh off CM Punk putting boots to McIntyre. Priest then rushed into the ring and dropped and pinned McIntyre with the South of Heaven for the amazing steal.
Bayley exacts revenge on Iyo Sky and Damage-CTRL to become the new WWE Women's Champion
Iyo Sky brilliantly countered a Rose Plant attempt, but Bayley was able to catch her with a suplex. She then climbed the ropes and came crashing down onto Iyo with an elbow drop. Moments later, she tried for another Rose Plant and made sure it connected to become the new titleholder!
Cody Rhodes does it! "The American Nightmare" becomes the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion with a spectacular victory over Roman Reigns
Rhodes navigated a year of hard times and finally ended Reigns' 1,316-day stronghold as champion.
It took overcoming a Superkick from Jimmy Uso, a Samoan Spike from Solo Sikoa and interference from The Rock under Bloodline Rules, but fortunately for Cody, he got assists from Jey Uso, John Cena, Seth Rollins and The Undertaker to be in position to unleash three straight Cross Rhodes to triumphantly be crowned the new champ.
Just like that, the locker room emptied to celebrate Rhodes finishing the story ... and starting a new chapter as champion.
