Randy Orton is one of the WWE's most decorated Superstars, having reigned as world champion 14 times and already punched his ticket as a future hall of famer for the company.
Like all good things, though, his time at the top will come to an end, and a former WWE star has pinpointed who he believes is following in the veteran's footsteps.
Nick Nemeth - better known to WWE fans as Dolph Ziggler - told Busted Open Radio that he believes current Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker is already showing signs of being 'the next Randy Orton'.
Like Orton, Breakker has wrestling in his blood and Nemeth is predicting a big win for the son of Rick Steiner next year, emulating the trajectory of the Viper two decades ago.
He said: "What pops into my head easily is a 2025, 2026 Royal Rumble winner, main eventing WrestleMania.
"Him and Randy — Randy pisses me off so much cause he’s so good and it’s just in his body, I hate that stuff — the potential, 100% I see is possibly there.
"Eventually, you do need to see a different layer or two that actually pays off. And Randy, for the longest time, even when he wasn’t trying and in trouble and didn’t care, he was always still accidentally so in his blood that it happened whether he wanted it to or not."
