The YouTube star/boxing sideshow act, who at one point was set to face Floyd Mayweather Jr in an exhibition, made a memorable celebrity cameo at the WWE event.

WWE's annual WrestleMania supershow has a long and storied history of celebrity cameos, including boxers such as Muhammad Ali and Floyd 'Money' Mayweather. On the second night of WM37, one of boxing's most infamous figures made an appearance.

As promised in the build-up to the show by charismatic antagonist Sami Zayn, Logan Paul — the YouTube star who has boxed in celebrity bouts and looks set to carry on doing so — walked down the famous aisle and stood in Zayn's corner for his match against longtime on-and-off friend and rival, Kevin Owens.

Owens would win their match, leading to Zayn berating Paul for not doing more to help. This earned him a hard shove from the celebrity, and Zayn stormed off.

To further rub salt in the wounds, Paul grabbed Owens' arm and raised it to emphasise his victory on the night, further tormenting Zayn. However, 'KO' did not take kindly to this, and the 25,000 fans returning to the audience following a year of the COVID-19 pandemic knew exactly what was coming next.

To his credit, Logan took the 'Stunner' — a move made famous by one of wrestling's biggest ever stars, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin and now used as a finisher by the popular Owens — rather well, making it look like a devastating consequence of sticking his nose where it didn't belong.

Many boxing fans are hoping Paul will receive a much more real punishment at the hands of Mayweather if their postponed exhibition is ever rescheduled, but at present it remains very much up in the air. Logan's fellow YouTube and boxing personality brother Jake Paul, meanwhile, returns to the ring this coming Saturday against former UFC star Ben Askren.
