WrestleMania 39: Cody Rhodes' touching moment with son of late legendDAZN

WrestleMania is known for its high-octane athleticism and over-the-top storylines, but the run-up to the main event of Night Two on Sunday gave us a heartwarming moment.

Cody Rhodes, who challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, took some time out from his ringwalk to connect with family and friends ringside. After giving his young daughter a hug, Rhodes took off his weight belt and handed it to a young boy seated next to his family.

As it turns out, the boy was none other than Brodie, son of the late Jonathan Huber.

Huber, also known as Luke Harper during his seven-year run in the WWE, died in Dec. 2020. He and Rhodes starred together in AEW up until the time of Huber's death, with Huber taking on the ring name of Brodie Lee.

While Rhodes didn't win the title on Sunday, his touching moment with young Brodie still stood tall as one of the most memorable of the weekend.
