Why have I received a charge I wasn’t expecting?
This could be due to the subscription type you selected when signing up to DAZN. You’re unable to cancel our 12 Month Contract subscriptions so it could be one of the monthly charges being taken. You’re able to cancel our Flexible Pass subscription however we require 30 days’ notice so this could be a pro rata charge for the remainder of your subscription.
I didn’t sign up for a subscription.
Here at DAZN we offer PPV events at an additional premium - however in order to buy a PPV event, customers are required to have a subscription otherwise the PPV event will not be available to purchase.
But I cancelled after the PPV event.

What if I cancelled this through the app?
You can cancel your Flexible Pass subscription through the app however you may have incurred a pro rata charge (See below example).

I've paid £19.99 for my first month subscription but cancelled after 15 days how much will my pro rata charge be?
Your £19.99 is for the first 30 days however because you need to give 30 days’ notice when cancelling that means your subscription will last a total of 45 days meaning you will owe us 15 days which would equate to £10.
