DAZN is available via the Vodafone GigaTV 4K Box and the Vodafone GigaTV Net Box.

Where do I find the DAZN app? (back to top)

• On the GigaTV 4K Box you can find DAZN on the GigaTV Home Screen under the menu item "Vodafone Videothek" - "Streaming Services"
• On the GigaTV Net Box you first have to download the DAZN app. To do this, go to the menu item "Apps" and download DAZN from the Google Play Store. After the download you will find DAZN under "Installed Apps"

You get the best DAZN experience when you connect your GigaTV Box to the router using a LAN cable. DAZN of course also works via WLAN, but with a LAN cable you can achieve the strongest and most reliable internet connection. For HD resolution with higher video quality and high-resolution images, an Internet download speed of at least 10 Mbit / s is recommended.

How to watch DAZN with your GigaTV / NetTV box (back to top)

1. To access DAZN via GigaTV, you need your personal DAZN login details.
2. If you do not yet have a DAZN account, you can register directly via GigaTV using the DAZN app. Just follow the instructions on your screen.
3. Alternatively, you can register with DAZN at www.dazn.com . As soon as you have registered, you can log into the DAZN app on your GigaTV with the same login details.

I have received a DAZN voucher via Vodafone. How can I redeem it? (back to top)

1. First delete the cookies or the cache in your browser or use a so-called private window, also known as an incognito window.
2. Enter the URL: https://www.dazn.com/en-DE/redeem into the browser of your choice via your laptop or PC.
3. Please enter your gift code into the gift code field. If the code is recognized correctly, you will be shown a banner confirming this. If you don't get this, don't complete the process and try again.
4. Pay close attention to entering your code and check all characters carefully. Look out for characters that are easy to confuse, such as: "o", "O", "0", "i", "I", "L", or "l".
5. If you get an error message, don't complete the process. Take a screenshot of the error message, contact us by email and include the complete voucher code.
