Can I sign up for DAZN on my TV?
Yes, you can sign up on your TV. If you already have a DAZN account, you just need to sign in. Once you've set up DAZN on your TV, you're able to access the service on any of our supported devices. You may find it easier to sign up on the DAZN website or by using a full keyboard rather than the TV remote. 

How do I restart the DAZN app?
Like your TV device, an app has to be reset every now and then. To do this, press Up on the remote control until the Menu rail appears and select Exit App at the end of your session. This will stop the video being streamed to your device. Allow five minutes before returning to the app.

What's the difference between the Sign Out and Exit App options?
If you select the option to sign out of the app, you will need to sign in the next time you launch the DAZN app. Choose this option if you do not want anyone else to use the account on your device or if you want to swap accounts. You are allowed to sign in on up to six devices with one account at the same time. If you decide to select the option to exit the app, you will not be signed out. 

The picture quality isn't very good.
We recommend using a wired connection to your modem, but you can still use the service with a Wi-Fi connection. The strength of your Wi-Fi connection and the overall bandwidth supplied by your ISP will determine what picture quality you receive. Playback uses an adaptive bit rate, which will always start with highly compressed video, optimized for low bandwidth users, and then improve quality to match your connection. If you believe the video quality is still poor after two minutes of playback and you have sufficient bandwidth available, please contact our Customer Service at www.dazn.com/help.
 
What happens if I have problems with playback?
First, check your broadband connection in the device settings. If you have problems, we advise using a wired connection to your device. Or, a quick fix for a playback problem is to open a Sports or Category page and return to the event you intended to watch. This often resolves temporary issues. 
 
I am seeing a buffering spinner all the time.
If we are unable to stream video to your device (due to any number of reasons), you may see a buffering spinner. If you try other pieces of content and still see a buffering spinner for more than a minute, please contact Customer Service at www.dazn.com/help.

Why does the menu keep disappearing?
To make it easier for you to enjoy games in full screen, we automatically hide the app menu after fifteen seconds. On your remote control, press Up/Down or Back, and the rails will return.
 
I am somewhere in the app and I don't know how to get out.
If you're unsure of what screen you're looking at and do not know how to get back, press Back. This will navigate you back through your journey. If you're still unsure, press Home on your remote and do not return to the DAZN app for five minutes. When you return to DAZN, you will be taken to the app's home screen, and the sports video will begin again.
