PPV: Too Many Devices Error Message

I am being told that I am streaming on too many devices while watching the PPV event when I am only on one.
 
 
Steps to Resolve:
 
  • Please check all devices to ensure that you are not streaming on an additional device.
  • If you are streaming or have the DAZN app open on another device, please close the DAZN app entirely on the second device.
  • Please ensure that you are not signed into any other devices that may be located outside of home. If so, please have those devices completely signed out of the DAZN app.
  • Once the steps have been followed, if you are still experiencing an issue with accessing the PPV. Please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
