Please follow the steps below the redeem your gift code:
- In your web browser please navigate to www.dazn.com/redeem
- On the page please enter your gift code into the field. If this was successful you will receive the below banner message (note that this can be slightly different depending on the gift code you are using). If your gift code was not valid you will receive an error message. In this case please double check that you entered the code correctly.
- On the sign up page please enter your personal details. If you have already a DAZN Account please click on sign in just below the “CONTINUE” field.
- Once you have entered your personal details and clicked Continue, or you signed in to your account you get to the payment page which you can see below. Please enter your preferred payment method for DAZN. You will be automatically charged after your gift code runs out, so you will not miss any action, or lose access to DAZN. Optionally you can also skip this and do it at a later stage.
- On the last step, you will see a summary of your DAZN subscription. Click on “Start Subscription” to redeem the gift code on your account, or start your DAZN membership.
Can you use gift codes as a DAZN Apple customer?
Unfortunately, you may not use gift codes while subscribed via Apple, as the third party controls your billing cycle.
Can you cancel your account while using the gift code?
You may cancel your account at any time. You will keep access to DAZN until the end of your gift code period.
What happens to your account once your gift code expires?
You will automatically be charged the monthly fee to the payment details entered during registration. This way we ensure that you do not lose access to DAZN.
Can you still change your payment method while using the gift code?
You may change payment methods from your “My Account” page.
Why do I get an error code when I enter my gift code and select “Apply”?
- If the code has already been used
- If the code is offered from another country
- If the code has expired
- If the code is not available yet
- If the code was not entered correctly
