What price do I pay as a Vodafone or Telekom customer?
The respective service partner is responsible for the exact pricing of your subscription. If you have subscribed to DAZN through one of these partners, please contact them directly for more information on pricing.
I have booked my DAZN subscription through Sky. What happens with my subscription?
If there is a price adjustment for you, we will inform you by email at least 30 days in advance, in accordance with our T&Cs. Your annual subscription will roll-over automatically into a flexible monthly subscription at the end of the 12-months term. If you have any questions about your membership and your bill, the Sky Service Team is still your first point of contact.

How can I choose the offer of 24.99€ for 12 months guaranteed?
You can select this option when you sign up for a new subscription, or you can switch from the monthly flexible subscription to the discounted price here in "My Account". Please note, however, that this offer is only available directly via the DAZN website (not via the apps on your smartphone, tablet, TV, Apple TV box, etc.) and cannot be purchased via third-party providers such as Google or Apple.
IS THE DISCOUNTED OFFER A TYPE OF "CREDIT CONTRACT"? Is the discounted offer a type of "Credit Contract"?
No. A credit contract is a legal agreement that documents the terms of a loan agreement. In this case, you are not entering into a credit contract with DAZN. However, you are entering into a contract with a fixed term of 12 months and are obligated to abide by the terms of the contract during the term of the contract.
When is the monthly payment made?
The first debit will be made immediately after your registration. After that, your selected payment method will be debited monthly. The billing date depends on the date of your subscription.
Can I cancel an annual subscription early?
No, you cannot cancel during the 12-month term. However, you can click cancel via 'My Account' and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the contract period.
Can I use coupon codes if I pay my annual subscription monthly?
If you pay your annual subscription via monthly debits, it is currently not possible to redeem a coupon code.
Can I use DAZN coupon codes if I pay via an appstore?
If you pay your subscription via an AppStore (i.e. Apple, Google), it is not possible to redeem a DAZN coupon code.
For which subscription is the pause funcion available?
The pause feature will continue to be available only for monthly subscriptions and cannot be applied to any annual plan.
What is the cancellation policy?
We do not have hidden deadlines, where cancellations need to happen far in advance. This means you can cancel your monthly subscription monthly anytime.
