Your DAZN subscription lets you watch on different devices like your TV, computer, mobile and more – so you can stream on the go or at home.
To watch on different devices, they need to be registered (it’s easy to check if they’re registered – scroll down to see more detail). The number of devices you can register and the number of streams you can watch at the same time will depend on what plan you’re on. It also depends on which country you signed up in.
To check the devices you’ve registered and how many streams you can watch at once, go to My Account.
Switching your device while watching DAZN
If you’re watching on your TV (for example) but want to switch to mobile or to another device, it’s easy to do this. Start the stream on your mobile or the other device, and then close DAZN on your TV within 2 minutes to experience uninterrupted playback on the device you want to switch to. If you do not stop the first device in 2 minutes, we will show you a pop-up message with your options. This message will remind you to close the stream you’re watching elsewhere in order to watch on your current device. You may also be able to upgrade or add an extra stream to your plan.
The switching feature is currently available in Germany on plans with 1 stream.
Managing devices in My Account
Go to ‘Manage your devices’ under My Account. You’ll find two sections:
1. Registered devices
2. Devices you’ve also signed in on.
Registering your devices
We need to register your device before you can watch DAZN. This is how we link your device to your account and is mostly done automatically when you start watching on a device.
When you start watching on a device, we'll check it’s registered. If it is, and you aren’t watching anywhere else, your stream will start right away. If it isn’t, we’ll automatically register it for you.
If you've already registered the maximum number of devices, we’ll let you know. You can then manually remove one to make space for another.
Devices you’re also signed in on
This is a list of the devices you’ve previously signed in to DAZN on, but aren’t currently registered. You’ll see information about these devices such as the date and location it was last used.
A device will appear here if it was previously registered, but no longer is. Alternatively, it might appear because you’ve signed in on that device but you haven’t watched DAZN on it.
What to do if you don’t recognise a device
You’ll be able to sign out on any device from this page. If the unrecognised device is registered, select Sign out or remove it.
After you sign out of a device you don't recognise, we recommend changing your password for extra security.
