How do I cancel my subscription through Apple iTunes

You may cancel your DAZN subscription activated through Apple (iTunes) from:
Cancel your subscription from an iOS device: (back to top)
  • iOS procedure:
    1. Click on "Settings"
    2. At the top, select the first item in the menu, i.e. the name associated with the iTunes account
    3. Go to "iTunes and App Store"
    4. Select the item at the top "Apple ID: example@example.com" and click on "Show Apple ID"
    5. If prompted, log in following the instructions shown on the device
    6. Select "Subscriptions"
    7. Search for DAZN in your list of subscriptions and click on "Cancel Subscription"



If you cannot find DAZN in your list of subscriptions, it's because you are not logged into the iTunes account you used to subscribe to the service.
Make sure you are using the correct account, log in and follow the procedure above. If you are unable to identify the iTunes account associated with your DAZN account, contact Apple support for assistance.


Cancel your subscription from an Apple TV: (back to top)
  1. To manage your subscription from an Apple TV, go to "Settings"
  2. Click on "Account"
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Go to "Manage Subscriptions"
  5. Search for DAZN in your list of subscriptions and click on "Cancel Subscription"
If you cannot find DAZN in your list of subscriptions, it's because you are not logged into the iTunes account you used to subscribe to the service.

Cancel your subscription from a computer: (back to top)
  1. Open iTunes and log into the account you used to subscribe
  2. Go to "Account" and then select "View my Account"
  3. Scroll down the "Account Information" section and click on "Settings"
  4. Search for "Manage" and click on it
  5. Click on the DAZN icon to manage your subscription
  6. Cancel your subscription
If you cannot find DAZN in your list of subscriptions, it's because you are not logged into the iTunes account you used to subscribe to the service.

Once you have cancelled the subscription you activated through iTunes, you will be able to continue watching DAZN until the end of your current subscription period. After that, you will no longer have access to DAZN. Once your subscription has expired, you may subscribe again at any time.
