You will be able to find the DAZN app from the Apps section in the Sky Q menu. Just press ‘Home’ on your remote control and scroll down to the Apps section. There is no need to download DAZN; it will be automatically available on your Sky Q box.
From time to time, you will also be able to see DAZN games and the app promoted in different sections of the Sky Q menu as well, such as the Sports & Football section.
If you have a voice-enabled remote control, you can also launch DAZN directly by saying ‘DAZN’.
What to do if you do not ifnd the DAZN App on Sky Q (Back to top)
If you do not see the DAZN App on your Sky Q, it’s likely that your box has not been updated with the latest software version. Please verify whether the latest software has been downloaded successfully by selecting the Home button from your TV remote and going to Settings → Info → Software Version. If you don't have the latest version installed you can select and click the update feature using the arrow on the right hand side of your remote.

To get the best experience on DAZN, connect your Sky Q box to your router with an ethernet cable. DAZN will also work with WiFi, but an ethernet cable will give you the strongest and most reliable internet connection.
8.0 Mbps is the Internet download speed recommended for HD resolution, with higher video quality and high frequency images.
The DAZN app will automatically update on your Sky Q box. DAZN is optimised to be work on the latest Sky Q software version. Your Sky Q box will automatically update to the latest version, but you can also manually update the software. Visit www.sky.it for more information.

In order to access the DAZN App on Sky Q it’s necessary to use your own personal DAZN account credentials. You may wish to select the advantages of the terms and conditions offered by Sky to their clients, by adding DAZN to your Sky subscription, even if you already have a DAZN account. If you prefer to sign up with another payment method, simply go to www.dazn.it and follow the instructions to start your free month. Once you signed up, you can use the same credentials to sign in on your Sky Q box.

DAZN is only supported on Sky Q boxes. The DAZN App is not available on My Sky HD and Sky HD.
