1. The Promoter of the DAZN Refer-a-Friend Programme ("Programme") is DAZN Limited of Hanover House, Plane Tree Crescent, Feltham, United Kingdom, TW13 7BZ (“DAZN”) with Buyapowa Limited of 24 Greville Street, London EC1N 8SS acting as its technical service provider (“Buyapowa”).


2. To be eligible to taking part in the Programme you must have an active subscription to the DAZN streaming service in Italy ("DAZN Service") purchased directly on the DAZN website or App and pay for the DAZN Service directly by one of the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal or prepaid DAZN card ("Direct DAZN Subscribers"). Excluded from the Programme are those users who pay for the DAZN Service through third-party payment service providers, such as Apple, Google and Amazon, those who have subscribed through third parties, and those who have paused their account for the duration of the pause.


3. To take part in the Programme, you must follow following steps:

• access the page dedicated to the Programme on the DAZN Service, which can be found in the "My Account" section;
• generate a link to be used to invite Friends, as defined below, by following the instructions on the Programme page on the DAZN Service ("Referral Link").You will not be able to take part in the Programme or generate a Referral Link if you have set your browser to disable cookies and/or use an ad blocker/other technology to disable all cookies because the Referral Link generated by a strictly necessary cookie set by Buyapowa which also enables Buyapowa and DAZN to track the status of your referral and associate you with your referred Friends;
• share the Referral Link in compliance with Programme Terms and Conditions.

4. By generating a Referral Link you agree:

• to these Terms and Conditions; and
• that your personal information, including your name, email address, IP address and DAZN viewer ID will be shared with Buyapowa and processed by them strictly in accordance with our instructions and to administer the Programme – see our Privacy Policy for further details.

5. Referral Links must be shared for personal and non-commercial purposes. This means you may share the Referral Link, with your friends, family members, provided they are aged 18 or over and resident in Italy (“Friends”) but not with the public in general. Under no circumstances may the Programme be used to send Referral Link to people you do not know or think are not interested in the DAZN Service and, under no circumstances, may massive sending or spamming of the Referral Link or sending it through computer processes to unknown e-mail accounts be allowed.  You cannot refer yourself or promote the Referral Link (e.g. by search engine marketing) and if we become aware that your Referral Link has been shared in this way, we may deactivate it without telling you. There is currently no limit to the number of Referral Links which you may share, although we reserve the right to introduce a maximum limit at any time.


6. If a Friend activates a subscription to the DAZN Service using your Referral Link and complies with the conditions listed below ("Referral Purchase"), you will receive an email within 7 days of Referral Purchase with a link that will entitle you to activate a 1 free calendar month subscription to the DAZN Service, including instructions on how to activate it ("Free Month"). For you to get Free Month, your Friend must: 

• click on the Referral Link;
• successfully register and confirm the creation of a new account on the DAZN Service by reviewing the Privacy Policy and accepting the DAZN Service Terms of Use;
• not click on any other website or advertising banner between the first click on the Referral Link and the creation of the account;
• not be a currently subscriber to the DAZN Service;
• have not had a subscription to the DAZN Service in the previous 12 months;
• not be a paused user;
• still subscribe to the DAZN Service and therefor have not terminated the DAZN Service within 7 days of the Referral purchase. 

Once received by DAZN, Free Month shall be redeemed by clicking on the link and following the procedure indicated in the email received by DAZN within 12 months of receiving it and, once redeemed, will be applied following the end of the subscription period to the DAZN Service already paid (i.e. at the end of the current month if you have a monthly subscription or at the end of the period already paid for if you have subscribed to the DAZN Service using a DAZN prepaid card). Each Friend may use a Referral Link only once to complete a Referral Purchase. Each User will be entitled to a maximum of 4 Free Months using the Programme. If you exceed the limit of 4 Free Months, the Free Months will no longer be provided even if the Referral Purchase is successfully completed.


7. The Free Months obtained through the Programme are personal and non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.


8. DAZN reserves the right at all times to punish and take remedies against abuse of the Programme and/or possible violations of the Programme Terms and Conditions.


9. If you have received the Referral Link from a DAZN subscriber by clicking on the Referral Link and continuing to subscribe to the DAZN Service (by reviewing the Privacy Policy and accepting the DAZN Service Terms of Use):

• you agree to these Programme Terms and Conditions; and
• you agree that your personal information, including your name, email address, IP address, and DAZN viewer ID, will be shared with Buyapowa and will be treated strictly in accordance with our instructions in order to administer the Programme - see our Privacy Policy for further details.

10. In no event shall DAZN (or its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates) be liable to you or any third party in the event of (total or partial) delay, malfunction, suspension, interruption and/or unavailability of the Programme caused by: force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances; tampering or unlawful intervention by third parties on services and equipment; tampering or intervention on equipment that is within the user's control; incorrect use of the Programme by the user; malfunction/configuration of the equipment used by the user; or unavailability, bandwidth shortage, or lack of adequate speed of the access service (such as the user's bandwidth service or internet connection).

11. DAZN may terminate the Programme at any time. We will notify you in advance of any discontinuation of the Programme. Free Months already paid will remain valid.


12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Italian law, including consumer protection regulations. Any dispute relating to the Programme shall be subject to Italian jurisdiction at the consumer's place of jurisdiction.
